Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for making outbound calls to manage, maintain and grow an identified book pf business as well as reactivating inactive customers, and cold calling new business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take Inbound and Outbound calls from existing customers, previous customers and/or prospects
• Understand each customers cleaning challenges and provide the best solution
• Manage retention and growth of assigned accounts utilizing company initiatives and resources
• Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every conversation
• Exceed established sales and commission goals and win!

Required Experience:

• 1 2 years preferred of recent and continuous sales/call center experience
• Business to business outbound sales preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• MS Office experience preferred
